  Have you ever opened the access door to the mechanical shaft housing your sump pit to investigate a horrible noise, only to get slammed in the face by a wall of sewage steam so thick you could taste it?

If you have, you've also learned (as we did) that you can call 10 plumbers and not one of them will be willing to even go near that hellhole.

Well… none except Samuel.

Armed with little more than a shop vac, a wrench and a can-do attitude, Samuel descended into our saunas of death and took on all four of our building's sump pits. As it turns out, none had been installed to code in 2012, and all had since filled with an ungodly amount of gunk, leaving pumps either fried or struggling.

Samuel fully cleared four very deep sump pits plus the nine drains feeding into them, replaced the dead pumps, and fixed the poor installation.

Remember that scene from Empire Strikes Back when Luke is trying to lift his X-wing out of the swamps of Dagobah using the Force? Well, it's the only visual equivalent to this job's working conditions, except that Samuel actually got it done, without complaining, and there was no tiny green creature yelling at him.

Only one disappointment to prepare for if you hire Samuel: he apparently only uses his powers for plumbing, so you'll have to do without him for the rest of life's desperate moments.
