October, 2026Very polite , good explanation and very understandablePosted on GoogleRichard L2. October, 2026Great work as usual! The job turned out to be bigger than expected, but everything was well explained before the work started. The work itself went smoothly tooPosted on GoogleMarie B28. September, 2026Have you ever opened the access door to the mechanical shaft housing your sump pit to investigate a horrible noise, only to get slammed in the face by a wall of sewage steam so thick you could taste it? If you have, you've also learned (as we did) that you can call 10 plumbers and not one of them will be willing to even go near that hellhole. Well… none except Samuel. Armed with little more than a shop vac, a wrench and a can-do attitude, Samuel descended into our saunas of death and took on all four of our building's sump pits. As it turns out, none had been installed to code in 2012, and all had since filled with an ungodly amount of gunk, leaving pumps either fried or struggling. Samuel fully cleared four very deep sump pits plus the nine drains feeding into them, replaced the dead pumps, and fixed the poor installation. Remember that scene from Empire Strikes Back when Luke is trying to lift his X-wing out of the swamps of Dagobah using the Force? Well, it's the only visual equivalent to this job's working conditions, except that Samuel actually got it done, without complaining, and there was no tiny green creature yelling at him. Only one disappointment to prepare for if you hire Samuel: he apparently only uses his powers for plumbing, so you'll have to do without him for the rest of life's desperate moments.Posted on GoogleJames K23. September, 2026Called to have my hot water tank replaced. They did an amazing job. A very positive experience. Would highly recommend.Posted on GoogleT M22. September, 2026This is a highly professional, reliable and honest company. I called them for a shower leak which I couldn’t fix myself due to all the scale and calcium buildup seizing all the parts together. They were able to fix it quickly and professionally. Samuel is an absolute gem, the king of plumbing! Took the time to explain the situation and how to fix it. Thank you Samuel & Pure Plomberie!Posted on GoogleArian H18. September, 2026Samuel, the plumber that came to my house was amazing.Posted on GoogleMonica B12. September, 2026Excellent service. Assessment and appointment by phone very straight forward, courteous and polite. The plumber (Sam) was punctual and efficient to say the least. Very knowledgeable, embracing the challenge of fixing and replacing a bathroom system on the brand Dornbracht. I had called several plumbing companies before who declined competence with this brand or did not call back altogether. He did the job without flinching. Yes the service is a bit expensive but it is worth every penny. Became member of Pure Plomberie Montreal.Posted on GoogleKyasarin10. Thank you!Posted on GoogleTiziano L6. July, 2026Good work, very professional and détailled plumbing work. Richard has serviced our plumbing requirements twice this Year with excellent results.Posted on GoogleCorneliu3. July, 2026Outstanding service from a high-caliber team of true professionals! I recently had a highly complex water heater replacement that required adapting to original Kitec piping in an incredibly tight, low-clearance space. After dealing with the rigid limitations of larger, corporate-style rental providers, switching to Pure Plomberie was the best decision I could have made. They operate on an entirely different level of competence. The entire process was flawless from start to finish: Day 1 (Assessment): Samuel came by the day before the installation. Recognizing the challenging layout, he took the time to meticulously inspect the area and take detailed photographs to ensure the team would arrive fully prepared with the exact transition adapters required. This level of foresight is incredibly rare and highly reassuring. Day 2 (The Installation): Richard arrived the following morning, and what he accomplished was nothing short of impressive. Navigating a very confined niche with minimal breathing room, he dedicated 4 hours of intense, precise labor to pull off what felt like the near-impossible. His problem-solving skills, precision, and technical craftsmanship were outstanding. Beyond their elite technical expertise, both Samuel and Richard were exceptionally polite, respectful of my home, and thoroughly professional throughout the entire engagement. They kept the workspace immaculate and executed the job to perfection. If you are looking for a plumbing company that delivers premier, personalized service and can seamlessly handle intricate jobs that others shy away from, I highly recommend Pure Plomberie Inc. June, 2026Thanks alot to Johnny for the fast and good service👍Posted on GoogleA.j.23. June, 2026I recently hired Pure Plomberie for a major basement backwater valve installation, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the very first phone call, I immediately understood why this company has such a strong reputation. Trust is essential when choosing a plumbing service—especially for first‑time customers—and Pure Plomberie demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care from the start. What truly set them apart was their free on‑site evaluation. Many companies quote prices over the phone without even seeing the issue, which makes it difficult to trust the accuracy or fairness of their pricing. Pure Plomberie, on the other hand, took the time to come to my home, assess the situation properly, and explain everything clearly before discussing costs. This approach alone built a great deal of confidence. I want to highlight Chris, the representative I spoke with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly honest. He spent about 30–40 minutes at my home walking me through every step of the work required. His professionalism and transparency made my decision easy. Employees like Chris truly deserve recognition—he represents the company with integrity and genuine care for customers. The installation itself was completed by Zhou and Niko, who worked at my home on June 8 and 9, 2026. Both were skilled, efficient, and respectful. They explained each step of the process and ensured everything was done to the highest standard. Their workmanship and professionalism were outstanding, and they also deserve to be acknowledged. This entire experience confirmed that Pure Plomberie is a company that truly cares about its customers. They prioritize honesty, quality work, and clear communication—values that are increasingly rare. Thank you to the entire Pure Plomberie team for the excellent service. I will not hesitate to contact you again for any future plumbing needs. A BIG THANK YOU TO CHRIS for keeping my trust towards Pure Plomberie.Posted on GoogleCharlie22.
