The candidate will be familiar with various customer service tools such as: Office suite, scheduling software and Gmail. You are able to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests (especially in high season) and are an early riser!
Role and responsibilities:
As a Chief Dispatcher, you will contribute to the success of the company by performing the following duties:
- Assign and coordinate tasks related to service call requests received by the S.A.C;
- Finalize and optimize the work routes, and travel of the service team;
- Be the link between the office, the clients and the team on the road;
- Coordinate special orders with our purchasing and supply team;
- Any other related tasks
You are fluently bilingual and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position; you are very familiar with plumbing (you may also be a former plumber/team leader), and you are familiar with various customer service tools such as: the Office suite, scheduling software and Gmail.

Additional information about the role and company:
This is a full-time position (35-40 hours/week) with a regular schedule (6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). You will report directly to the President of the company. We want to surround ourselves with autonomous, dynamic, organized and cheerful people who are willing to contribute their ideas while taking pride in the work they do, but above all, you are concerned with offering exceptional service to the company’s clients.
Pure Plomberie is a local and family oriented company. We have about 20 employees and a fleet of a dozen service trucks. Our offices are located in the St-Laurent borough, near highways 40 and 13. The coffee is free and we have a lounge for our employees’ lunch breaks. We even have beer in the fridge (for Friday PM)!
