Job Summary:

You are perfectly bilingual and have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position? You’ve managed a customer service team and as a bonus…you know your way around plumbing? Of course, you may as well be a former plumber who wants to stay in the industry.

The candidate will be familiar with various customer service tools such as: Office suite, scheduling software and Gmail. You are able to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests (especially in high season) and are an early riser!

Role and responsibilities:

As a Chief Dispatcher, you will contribute to the success of the company by performing the following duties:

  • Assign and coordinate tasks related to service call requests received by the S.A.C;
  • Finalize and optimize the work routes, and travel of the service team;
  • Be the link between the office, the clients and the team on the road;
  • Coordinate special orders with our purchasing and supply team;
  • Any other related tasks

Profile sought:

You are fluently bilingual and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position; you are very familiar with plumbing (you may also be a former plumber/team leader), and you are familiar with various customer service tools such as: the Office suite, scheduling software and Gmail.

You are able to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests (especially in high season) and are an early riser!

Additional information about the role and company:

This is a full-time position (35-40 hours/week) with a regular schedule (6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). You will report directly to the President of the company.
