Pure Plomberie is a small business specialized in residential plumbing. We are growing and are looking for a receptionist and customer service representative.

Role and responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Receptionist, you will contribute to the success of the company by performing the following tasks

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and from our technicians on the road;
  • Assign and coordinate tasks related to service call requests received by the S.A.C;
  • Optimize work routes and travel for the service team;
  • Be the link between the office, the clients and the team on the road;
  • Coordinate special orders with our procurement team;
  • Any other related tasks.

On occasion and if you have the knowledge, assist and support our payroll and financial operations department (CP/CR/payroll).

Profile sought:

You are fluently bilingual and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position and are familiar with various customer service tools as well as the Office suite and Gmail. You are able to work in a dynamic environment with a high volume of requests (especially in high season) and are an early riser!

This is a full-time position subject to a regular schedule (Monday to Friday).
