Pure Plomberie is a small business specialized in residential plumbing. We are growing and are looking for a receptionist and customer service representative.

Role and responsibilities:

As an Administrative assistant and Customer Service agent you will contribute to the success of the company by performing the following tasks

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and from our technicians in the field;
  • Assign and coordinate tasks related to service call requests received by the Customer service center agents;
  • Optimize work routes and travel for the service team;
  • Be the link between the office, the clients and the team on the road;
  • Perform follow-ups calls about quotes for our Project management team;
  • Coordinate special orders with our purchasing team;
  • Any other related tasks.

On occasion and if you have the knowledge, assist and support our payroll and financial operations department (CP/CR/payroll) and project management team.

Desired profile:

You are bilingual and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position and are familiar with various customer service tools as well as the Office suite and Gmail You’re an early-riser that enjoys working in a fast paced environment – especially in high season. Knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets is totally an asset.
